Lighting Science, an industry leader for indoor LED lighting, was ranked 204 on the 2013 Deloitte 500.
The ranking cites the 500 companies with the fastest growth in regards to telecommunications, media, growing technology, clean technology and life sciences. Businesses that are featured on the list have made significant innovative, creative and economic leaps forward. Lighting Science received recognition because it had 502 percent growth over the past five years while securing a position as one of the top manufacturers for lighting geared toward health and wellness.
The success of the commercial lighting company has been attributed to the hard work and ingenuity of its engineers.

Low voltage LED lighting products from Lighting Science have been developed for the International Space Station, NASA and the U.S. South Pole Station. The company’s patented technology has been made available for both commercial and consumer applications to provide improvements to alertness and sleep in health care facilities and homes.
