Sylvania Lighting Services, a subsidiary of Osram Sylvania and leading provider of energy saving solutions, recently received three Trade Professional Alliance awards from Pacific Gas and Electric.
The awards were presented for SLS’ energy efficiency projects targeting lighting. Through these programs, the company has helped save nearly 5.9 million kilowatts of energy across all reviewed projects and 869 kilowatts in PG&E’s California service territory.
SLS equips its clients with customized plans for cutting-edge technologies to lower energy usage and expenses. Its upgrade solution and product strategies include the use of project management, audit and survey capabilities, lighting control system designs, LED lighting systems and installation and commissioning.
“PG&E’s Trade Professional Management Alliance Team values the hard work and amazing success of the 2012 Trade Professional energy savings top performers, and Sylvania Lighting Services is honored to be selected for our efforts to work with PG&E’s customers to save energy and money,” said Rich Hanlon, national sales director for Osram Sylvania.
The success of Osram Sylvania as a whole has helped the manufacturer earn a place among the companies dominating the commercial lighting industry, as indicated by the Global Professional Lighting Market 2014-2018 study by TechNavio.
